FOLIO is the professional portfolio of Konstantin Arutjunov. It is a static website with no accounts, contact form, payments or embedded social media. You can browse the portfolio and contact me without accepting optional analytics.

Contact and personal information

Konstantin Arutjunov is responsible for the use of personal information in connection with this portfolio. For privacy requests, contact konstantin.arutjunov@gmail.com. An email link opens your own email application. LinkedIn and CV links open LinkedIn; its privacy terms apply when you leave this website.

If you contact me, I use the information you choose to provide to respond and discuss professional opportunities. Correspondence is kept only as needed for that purpose and applicable legal obligations. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Hosting and essential features

This site is served by GitHub Pages. The hosting provider processes technical requests needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include an IP address and request information. See the GitHub privacy statement (opens in a new tab). Fonts and site images are served with the website, without external font requests.

Optional Microsoft Clarity

Optional analytics is configured. Clarity starts only after you accept analytics.

When enabled and accepted, Microsoft Clarity processes interaction and technical usage data to help improve this portfolio, including heatmaps and session replay. This may include browser and device information, page visits, clicks and scrolling. Automatic usage data can include page and clicked-link URLs and referrer information. Text content is masked. FOLIO sends only fixed action names for CV, LinkedIn, email and selected navigation actions; custom events do not contain names, email addresses, message text or URLs. No custom visitor identifiers are sent. Advertising storage consent is always denied.

Clarity may use first-party cookies such as _clck and_clsk to recognise a browser and connect page views. Microsoft describes its processing, applicable retention periods, potential international transfers and privacy choices in the Microsoft privacy statement (opens in a new tab) and Clarity cookie documentation (opens in a new tab).

Your choice and withdrawal

Optional analytics relies on your consent. Accept and Reject are equally available. Before acceptance, and after rejection, this website does not load the Clarity script or send optional analytics events. Your decision is stored locally in your browser as folio.consent.v1 for up to 180 days; it contains only the choice, policy version, project reference and decision time. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current page only. A changed analytics project or expired decision requires a fresh choice. If browser storage cannot be updated, a temporary URL flag keeps rejection effective while you navigate this website.

Open Privacy preferences in the footer at any time to change or withdraw consent. Rejection removes this site's accessible Clarity cookies. If an analytics session has started, the page refreshes to stop it completely. This does not erase data already received by Microsoft or cookies on another domain; use Microsoft's privacy controls or contact me about applicable deletion rights. All core features remain available.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to a competent data protection authority. Contact me using the email above. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
